Emma Elizabeth Hicks

Emma Elizabeth Hicks, 89, was born July 28, 1924 in Grand Prairie, Texas to William Preston Carroll and Catherine Jewel Pitcher-Carroll. Elizabeth passed away February 2, 2014 in her home in Cedar Hill, Texas. She was a member of the Evangel Temple Assembly of God. Elizabeth wed Samuel Olvin Elliott March 7th 1943. Then on the 9th of September 1961, Elizabeth married Alfred James Hicks in Grand Prairie, Texas. She is preceded in death by: her parents, William and Catherine Carroll; husband, Alfred James Hicks who died July 24, 1998; sister, Billie Joy Carroll Gotcher; and Marinell Dycus. Those left surviving Elizabeth: sons, Ronald Olvin Elliott of Farmersville, Texas, Stephen Carroll Elliott of Santo, Texas, Samuel Douglas Elliott of Haslet, Texas; daughter, Alison Lynette Bond of Cedar Hill, Texas; grandchildren, Gregory Elliott, Wesley Elliott, Jeffery Elliott, Joshua Fox, Jonathan Bond, Debbie Davis, Karen Tovar, Angela Langley; great grandchildren, Caleb Elliott, Jocelyn Fox, Megan Davis, Maddison Bond, Aubrey Mullen, Preston Bond, Jayden Fox, Lily Langley, Carson Davis, C.J.
