

Fred was a U.S. Army veteran and proudly served his country from 1985-1997. He received his Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). Fred was well traveled and met so many people in his life. He was a mentor and inspiration to many.
He is survived by his children Shane Henry and Madison Henry; step son Shawn Stevenson whom he raised with former spouse Sonja Lane; mother Connice Gamble, brother Michael Gamble and sister-in-law Shontell Gamble, nephews Mathew Henry Jr., Marcus Henry and Malik Anderson; niece Yasziara Anderson and a host of many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends and Family members. Fred was preceded in death by his father Fred Henry Sr.; brother Matthew Tyrone Henry, Sr.; grand-parents Willie Dell Hall and Evelean (Polly) Hall; uncle James Ellis Hall; and aunt Mary Hall Hemphill. Benediction and Burial will be held on November 9, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211. Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home in charge.
