

She was a committed wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a homemaker her entire life taking care of her family, dedicating herself to school activities such as PTA and Band Boosters. However, Mrs. Weller was more devoted to her faith in God. An active member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Grand Prairie, she served as a Sunday School Teacher, treasurer, writer, choir member and anything else asked of her.
Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Joe Edward Weller, grandson Brian Edward Kirkpatrick and son-in-law Mike Rodriguez, she is survived by her daughters Liz Weller of Weatherford, Texas; Becky Beach (Jerry) of Hugo, Oklahoma; Sheila Fennell (David) of Grand Prairie, Texas; Cindy Sanders (Mike) of Grand Prairie, Texas. Grandchildren: James Kirkpatrick (Sally); Melissa Landers; Amy Ginapp (Chris); Michael Landers; Sarah Fennell; Beth Fennell; Elizabeth Landers (Jared); Brooke Fincher (Cody) and Joshua Koiner. Great-grandchildren Mallory Kirkpatrick, Brooklyn Landers, Emily Kirkpatrick, Evie Landers, Emma Ginapp, Isla Ginapp and Michael Fincher. Preceded in death by siblings James Oltermann, Roger Lee Oltermann and Carol Dawson, she is also survived by her sister Sharon Brady (R.V.) of Stonewall, Oklahoma, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be James Kirkpatrick, Michael Landers, Joshua Koiner, Chris Ginapp, Jared Gooch and Cody Fincher.
A visitation for Jan will be held Friday, August 20, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home, 2951 S. Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052. A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 11:00 am at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 410 N.E. 27th Street, Grand Prairie, Texas. A private burial at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens will take place at a later date.
