Born on May 25, 1959, in Pittsburgh, PA, Kathy was a devoted daughter to Joanne Katherine Rush and Mark Alan Rush Sr., a loving sister to Mark Alan Rush Jr., Thomas Edward Rush, and Lynn Ann Blackwell, and a cherished mother to Aaron John Hawley, who, along with his wife, Kelly Diane Hawley, gave her the joy of being a grandmother to Allie Pace Hawley. Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she nurtured her relationships with her siblings and their families, leaving behind a legacy of love and wonderful memories for her nieces and nephews.

Kathy dedicated over 40 years of her life to the noble profession of nursing. Her commitment to caring for others was unwavering, and she touched the lives of countless individuals with her compassion and selflessness.
