

Kim Delane Green continued on into eternal life on June 5, 2016 from her home in Grand Prairie, Texas amongst family. She was born second of three children in Lincoln, Nebraska October 26th, 1951 to Eugene Hamilton and Donna Hamilton.
She married Ric Green on February 14th, 1976 and was the loving mother of two children: Jennifer and C.J. Before her home in Grand Prairie, Kim lived 25 years in Garland, Texas where she spent most of her adult life.
Kim graduated from Principia College with a Bachelors degree in Music and then continued her education at the University of Florida with a Masters in German. She later earned her Certified Public Accounting certificate, and retired after 32 years with the Dallas County Community College District. During her time with the DCCCD she was Vice Chancellor of Business Affairs, in addition she held office of President of Government Accounting Standards Board Council for the National Association of College and University Business Office. She came out of retirement for a few years to share her extensive knowledge and experience with the University of Texas at Arlington as a Director of Grant Accounting. Throughout her journey in Christian Science, Kim held many positions within the church and was a member of the Charles Ferris Association in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
She is survived by her step-mother Ellie Hamilton; brother Brad Hamilton, his wife Roslyn and their daughter Julie Mandarin; sister Cinthia Hamilton and her son Brett Franqui, step-brother Chuck Hughes, his wife Cathy and their sons Ian and Ryan; half-sister Jessica Leavitt; daughter Jennifer Ocenosak, her husband Stephen and their four daughters Brenna, Donna, Lilly, and Grace; daughter C.J. Pettijohn, her husband Nathan and their daughter Jensen.
