Ramona Rodriguez Sanchez, a beloved wife, grandmother and friend to all she met, was called home to be with her savior in the early morning of Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at Arlington Memorial Hospital. Ramona was born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico to Teodoro Rodriguez and Adelaida Sanchez. Her life was dedicated to her family and to her faith in her Lord and Savior. In 1957, she married her husband of 52 years, Esmerito Estrada and together they served as missionaries for their church helping to spread the word of God.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Esmerito Estrada, her son, Antonio Ramos, parents Teodoro and Adelaida Rodriguez, her siblings, Isabel Negron Rodriguez, Soraida Rodriguez Sanchez, Juan Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, Petra Rodriguez, and Juana Suarez Rodriguez.

Ramona, is survived by 3 children; Hilda Ramos, Maximo Ramos, and Eric Estrada, 7 grandchildren; Daniel Ramos, Lisette Ramos, Jeanette Colon, Yolanda Ramos-Stoker, Jennifer W. Garcia, Erica Estrada, and Israel Colon Jr.; 14 great-grandchildren; Belinda Tavares, Mariana Burgos, Priscilla Ramos, Anthony Miranda, Hiram Miranda, Melanie Deanda, David Deanda, Zachary Ramos Stoker, Caleb Ramos Stoker, Michael Ramos Stoker, Katrina Garcia, Maverick Garcia, Krista Bella Garcia and Norman Colon,: 5 great-great-grandchildren; Adrian Guzman, Christian Guzman, Ryan Porter, Alexa Deanda, and David Deanda Jr.
