Rosa Maria Estrada

Rosa Maria Estrada, nee Arzaga, passed away on August 15, 2021 at the age of 73 with her family by her side. She was born March 16, 1948 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Praxedis and Celia Arzaga. Rosa spent her formative years in El Paso, Texas. She left El Paso and moved her family to Dallas to seek new opportunities. Over her lifespan, she had several careers, from seamstress to dental office manager. She was courageous and determined. Rosa committed her life to being a dedicated, loving mother and grandmother. Family was always a top priority in her life. Rosa was also a talented artist. She loved all types of arts and crafts. She was able to create the most amazing dresses, floral arrangements, and cross stitching.

She is survived by children, Sergio Azael Garnica, Fernando Lorenzo Garnica, and Roseann Estrada Mendoza; siblings, Ruben Arzaga, Bertha Alicia Arzaga, Enrique Ernesto Arzaga, Yolanda Amor, Patricia Nunez, and grandchildren, Blake Andrew Mendoza, Julian Azael Garnica, Justine Gabriella Garnica, and Daniel Kal-el Garnica. She is preceded in death by father, Praxedis Arzaga, mother, Celia Arzaga, and brothers, Lorenzo Arzaga and Praxedis Arzaga Jr.
