

Stephen Lee Madison of Grand Prairie, TX passed away Friday, April 26, 2019 at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. He was born October 27, 1973 at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore to James Alva and Allice Beverly Jones Madison. He grew up in Glen Burnie, Maryland. He was a 1991 graduate of Glen Burnie High School and received his Associate Degree and several certifications in Computer Technologies from Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Maryland. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems from UTA in 2000. He operated a web design business from his home.
Stephen was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, John and Lizzie Mae Jones, his paternal grandparents, Earnest and Irene Madison, an infant brother and an infant sister. He is survived by his parents, Jim and Beverly Madison of Grand Prairie, one sister, Amy Resendiz of Gordon, TX, nephews Tyler Madison, and Sergio Casillas Jr, one niece, Daisha Resendiz of Arlington, TX and one great-nephew, Adan Resendiz.
Stephen liked to travel and enjoyed painting, photography and cooking. He had many friends throughout the U.S. and other parts of the world that he met while traveling and kept in touch through email, phone and Facebook. He was a long-time member of Little People of America and looked forward to attending their conventions each year. He had so hoped to join his friends at LPA in San Francisco this year, but his illness ended those plans. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Grand Prairie.
