William Ernest Dugan IV

Billy’s father was a military man who caused his family to move to several different states while he was child. They first moved in Texas in 1963. Billy graduated from Morrow High School in Georgia in 1978. He received a job working for Vought and worked there for over 30 years. He was a hardworking man, very witty and comical. He liked to relax after a long day with his buddies at the bar.

November 11, 2011 in Las Vegas he married Kelly Russell. Billy enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling. He visited Hawaii, New Orleans, and Las Vegas. He and Kelly took a cruise to Progresso and Cozumel. He would also visit South Carolina on a regular basis to see family.

When it came to driving, he always wanted to be in the driver’s seat, and enjoyed to go camping. He liked to cook and was great at using his smoker and making egg noodles. He was a collector of over 50 Hawaiian shirts. Billy also loved his Great Dane “Sebastian” and his black cat “Rodent”. At home he enjoyed listening to classic rock and country. He was still in possession of vinyl records, 8 track tapes and an 8 track player.

He is survived by his wife Kelly Dugan; children William Ernest Dugan V and his wife Katherine, Kacee Bennett, Louis Cook, Jamie Sloan, D.J. Whitehead, Victoria Spencer, Brian Spencer, Olivia Coker and Layla Coker; mother Hester Loretta Dugan; sister Lynn Dugan Clegg and her husband Ronny Clegg and numerous aunts, uncles, grandchildren, friends and co-workers.
