Al's life revolved around his wife, kids and his grandchildren. Family was his life. He spent every Christmas dressing up like Santa Claus for his grandkids up until they were old enough to realize it was their grandpa. Al taught most of the grandkids how to drive; took them for rides in the truck, beat them in a game of basketball, spent time camping and hunting with his boys and his grandsons and was considered the "master griller" by his family.
Al proudly served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He spent over 31 years working for General Motors. He loved riding his Harley whenever he could. He had the best humor and knew how to make everyone around him happy. Many that know Al, know that there wasn't a thing he couldn't fix. He was a "jack-of-all-trades" and could fix anything or make anything just better.
He will be missed dearly by so many.
Al is survived by his beloved wife and best friend of 51 years, Pam Marble, his children; David Marble, Cathy (Willie) Marble, Connie Marble, Stacy (Craig) Marble, Craig Marble, grandchildren; Carole, Scott (Dianna), Krista, Elijah, Jenna, Tobie, Bri, Adrianna, Layla and 8 great grand children.
He is also survived by his brother, Jim Marble and sister-in-law, Carol Marble and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Al is preceded in death by his grandson, Dominic, his siblings; Jeanie, Marilyn, Verla, Ron, Jerome and parents; Roy and Gwendolyn Marble.
Al's family will receive guests for Visitation on Thursday, May 27th from 11 am until the Funeral Service at 1 pm at Reyers North Valley Chapel.
