Betty was a remarkable crafter known for her many talents, including painting, glass art, jewelry making, and knitting. Betty found joy in transforming raw materials into beautiful and functional pieces. She was always eager to teach others crafts and skills. As BB King once said, "The beautiful thing about learning is no one can take it away from you." That is exactly how she felt about the skills and crafts she taught to others. There is no greater gift than what you can learn. Betty was a sassy, feisty, and stubborn woman who will be dearly missed by those closest to her.
Betty was preceded in death by: parents, Earl and Pauline; brother, Robert Myer; nephew, Michael Crowley Sr.; and loving husband since 1947, Maurice 'Scrooge' Crowley Jr.
Betty is lovingly survived by many nieces & nephews, and cherished friends.
The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the caring staff of Meca's Angels for their compassionate care of Betty in her final days.
