Cheryl was born on April 11, 1949 in Grand Rapids to Jim and Regina (Cowell) Spaulding. She graduated from Creston High School. In addition to Grand Rapids she spent time living in Illinois and Texas. She worked at Steelcase for many years.
Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents Jim and Regina and her brother Terry.
She is survived by her son Jeff; grandson Jagger Bateman; brother Scott; and nephew TJ Spaulding.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday November 28 at 11:00 AM at Reyers North Valley Chapel, 2815 Fuller Avenue NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505. The family will receive guests one prior to the service at the funeral home.
