Daniel Allen Quick

Dan was a 1995 graduate of Northview High School and went on to work for AT&T was a technician and fiber splicer for 26 years. Dan was strong in his faith and went to City Church of Rockford for over 20 years. In his freetime, he loved golfing, boating, camping, traveling, going on cruises, and watching Detroit Lions and University of Michigan Football. His greatest love was his family, Dan was a devoted husband and dedicated father. You could always count on him to be present and cheer on his children in everything they did. During his journey the last two years he always told us "it is what it is." Dan was a loving and caring man who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Dan is survived by: wife of 18 years, Nicole Quick; children, Brayden and Logan Quick; parents, Douglas and Deborah Quick; brother, Jeremy (Janel) Quick; sister-in-law, Angie Hyde; father-in-law, Mark Pyles; nephews, Dylan Quick, Mason Hyde and Parker Hyde; and niece, Avery Quick; as well as, many other extended family members and close friends.

The family would like extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Faith Hospice for the compassionate care of Dan in his final days.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 12:00pm at City Church of Rockford, 3233 10 Mile Road NE., Rockford, MI 49341. The family will welcome guests one hour prior to the start of the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dan's honor may be made to Faith Hospice.
