Delores R. Beerthuis

Delores R. Beerthuis, aged 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 14, 2015. Delores was born in 1932 to Abel and Nell Beerthuis in Grand Rapids, MI. She is preceded by her parents, and her sister Ardythe. Delores will be lovingly remembered by her brother-in-law Robert (Linda) Schriemer, her nieces and nephews Sheri (Don) Slot, Tom (Ellen) Schriemer, Rick (Laurie) Schriemer, Pat (Steve) Hollenbeck, as well as many great and great-great nieces and nephews. Delores graduated from Creston High School and was a member of the Creston Girls Club for over 60 years. She was also a dedicated employee for the law office of Hayes and Davis for over 25 years. Delores was a member of the Berean Baptist Church since 1939 and loved to sing with the choir for over 50 years and the Ladies Ensemble for over 25 years. She will be greatly missed. Please join Delores’ family for a time of visitation at Reyers North Valley Chapel on Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 10-11am, with the funeral immediately following. Officiating the funeral will be Pastor Burland Margesson accompanied by Creston Girls Club member, Ruth Woolpert, playing the organ.
