Eleanor M. Jordan

Eleanor M. Jordan, aged 88, went to be with her Lord and was reunited with her husband Harold on Saturday, November 15, 2014. She was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Alice (Roy) Shepard, and brother-in-law Charles Benham. She is survived by her children; Karolyn (Tom) Swift, Gary (special friend Virginia) Jordan, David (Carol) Jordan, Jim Jordan, her sister Freda Benham, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Eleanor is also survived by her long time special friend Bill. Eleanor worked for many years as a seamstress for General Motors. She enjoyed gardening and was an active member of New Community Church. Eleanor will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Please join her family for visitation on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 5-8 pm at Reyers North Valley Chapel. Additional visitation on Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 10-11am will be followed by Funeral Services at 11am officiated by Pastor Lew VanderMeer at the funeral home.
