Gertrude Elsenbroek (Van Buiten) at age 99 finally got her wish and “the good Lord” took her on December 20, 2013. She will be very happy to join her husband Henry in Heaven. She was loved and will be missed by her sons Jim (Bert) and Roy (Karla) and her grandchildren Jim (Dawn), Joel (Christina), Johann, Jason (Jen), Scott (friend Jodi), Heather (Bryan) and her great-grandchildren Sebastian, Sadie, Mark, Sean, Chris, Lucas, Josh, Jesse, Autumn, and Mikayla. Also surviving are sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and a special niece Alma Noble. Special thanks to Diamond Home Health and Glen Haven Manor for their loving care of Gertrude. Funeral Services will be held at 10 am on Monday, December 30, 2013 with visitation one hour prior beginning at 9 am at LaGrave CRC (107 LaGrave Ave Se, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503).
