Helen May Parks, age 95, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2019. She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Edward L Parks and a brother, Robert P. Rolf. Surviving are her children, James E. Parks, Susan E. (Calvin) Doyle, Stephan J (Theressa) Parks; grandchildren, Amy K. (Thomas) Parks-Williams, Sarah K. (Jason) Pittman, Matthew C. Parks, Tara L. (Andrew) Koronkiewicz, Amanda L. (Stacey) Potter, Kaitlyn L. Parks, Kyleigh A. (Steve) Martindale, Brenna J. (Kyle) Rademacher; and 10 great grandchildren. Helen was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her family. Helen still enjoyed playing the piano daily. Visitation will be Monday, July 1, 2019 from 6-8 pm at Reyers North Valley Chapel. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 11 am at the funeral home. Another time of visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the funeral. Please consider a memorial contribution in Helen’s name to the Humane Society of West Michigan.
