Jerry “Jake” Alan Berry, aged 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on January 12, 2012. He was preceded in death by his daughter Jenny, and 8 of his siblings. Surviving are his wife of 52 years Linda, their children, Cindy (Robert) Ingersoll, Christy (Todd) Korcal, Tom Pellerito, grandchildren, Mindy (Michael) Jerke, Jackalynn Ingersoll, T.J. Korcal, Jenna Korcal, and grandchild by heart strings, Carter Ritsema. Also surviving are his sister Delores (Buster) Heft and many special nieces, nephews and friends. Jake enjoyed spending time with family, watching his grandson play soccer, and watching University of Michigan Football. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am on Monday, January 16, 2012 at Reyers North Valley Chapel, with Pastor David McKellar officiating. Friends and relatives may meet his family on Sunday, January 15, 2012 from 1-3 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
