Kathleen "Kathy" Margaret Hilton

Kathy was a graduate of Catholic Central High School and went on to work for a nursing home as a nurse aide in the greater Detroit area. In her free time, Kathy enjoyed reading and knitting. Although she faced many mental health challenges in her life, Kathy never lost her sense of humor. Her loss is felt deeply by all.

Kathy was preceded in death by: parents, Joseph and Barbara; and ex-husband, Steven Hilton.

Kathy is survived by: daughter, Teresa Hilton; siblings, Mike (Diane) Benzer, Greg (Nancy) Benzer, Karen Fink, Steven (Lynne) Benzer, Bob (Karen) Benzer, and Brian (Louise) Benzer; as well as, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

A visitation with memory sharing will be held on Thursday, January 30th, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Reyers North Valley Chapel, 2815 Fuller Ave NE. Grand Rapids, MI 49505. The following day, Friday, January 31st, 2025 a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 1449 Wilcox Park Dr SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506. The family will welcome guests one hour prior to the start of Mass.
