Beloved husband of Mildred Irene “Renee” Burge for over 58 years.
Lee is also survived by his children; Joseph Burge, Sarah (Denny Dykhouse) Rollenhagen, grandchildren; Abby, Joshua, Alex, Jack and siblings; Linda (Ken) Wright, John (Xuan) Burge, Kathy Gradeck and many nieces and nephews who he loved. He will also be dearly missed by his cat, Winston.
Lee was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran. He had a great sense of humor, he was kind and gracious to all. He enjoyed weightlifting, rock n’ roll and spending time with his family. He was an exceptional husband and father.
Visitation will be Monday, July 26th from 5-8pm with a 7pm Rosary Service at Reyers North Valley Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, July 27th at 11am, instate at 10am at St. Jude Catholic Church, 1120 4 Mile Rd NE, Grand Rapids. Lee will be laid to rest at Blythefield Memory Gardens.
