Lottie VanOort

Lottie Van Oort age 88, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012 at her home. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Arthur, daughter Maxine O’Neill and her brothers and sisters. Lottie will be lovingly remembered by her children; Diane (John) Glerum, Larry (Sandra) Van Oort, grandchildren; Shane (Julie) O’Neill, Carrie (Seth) Schmidtmann, Shelly (Dan) Dams, Cindy Park, Kenny (Sarah) Van Oort, Lisa (Tom) Fotchman, great-grandchildren; Kristen, Jayce, Nolan, Maddison, Brayden, Dillon, Jayce, Ailey, Jayson, Ember and many nieces and nephews. She loved working for almost 50 years at McInerney Spring and Wire Company. In retirement she loved to garden and shop. Her tomato plants and trips with her daughter Maxine to Meijer and Kohl’s were some fond memories. Lottie loved her husband, kids and most of all being a grandmother and great-grandmother. A special thank you to her family Jan, Diane, Julie, Kristen and the staff at Heartland Hospice for the loving care they gave to Lottie over the past few months.
