She was preceded in death by David R. Boluyt, her husband of 61 years, as well as 1 brother, 1 sister, and 1 brother-in-law. Mary is survived by children Elizabeth (Lawrence) Steffens and Brian Boluyt; grandchildren, Andrew (Megan) Steffens, Kalee (Jacob) Burgess, and Madison Boluyt; great grandchildren, Serenity Wilson, Victoria, Caleb, Isaiah, and Adelyn Steffens, and Andreya, Alanna, and Canaan Burgess. Also surviving are her sisters, Carol (John) Deal, Jan Roorda, Diane (James) DeMeester, and brother Kenneth (Teresa) Roorda; and In-Laws; Betty (Paul) Koopers, Joan Mast, and Esther Dykstra, and Neil (Elizabeth) Boluyt, along with many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life remembrance will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at the American Legion, Post #47, 3811 W River Dr NE, Comstock Park, MI 49321.
