

Robert L. Marlow, age 79, passed away on October 25, 2025, in Belding, Michigan. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Bob lived a life marked by dedication to family, hard work, and unwavering support for those he loved.
A graduate of Northview High School, Bob went on to serve his country with honor in the National Guard for six years. His commitment to service and responsibility carried over into his professional life, where he worked diligently for 45 years in the Steele Rule and Die industry. Known for his strong work ethic and reliability, Bob earned the respect of colleagues and peers throughout his long career.
At the heart of Bob’s life was his family. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Pat; son Alan (wife Melissa); daughter Tami (partner Heidi); and grandsons Connor and Nick. Bob’s devotion to his family was evident in every aspect of his life—he was a constant presence at sporting events and activities involving his children, grandchildren, and nephews. Whether cheering from the sidelines or offering words of encouragement, Bob found joy in supporting their passions.
Bob also enjoyed playing golf, going for a jog, shooting hoops, boating on the lake with family, spending time outside working in the yard, and watching a good Western on TV. He was always willing to lend a hand to help anyone in need.
Bob was preceded in death by his father Elton, mother Irene, two brothers, and one sister. His memory will live on through those who knew him as a loving husband, supportive father, and hardworking individual who always put family first.
Bob will be remembered for his big hugs, easy going smile, infectious laugh, generosity, and helpfulness. A Visitation will be held on November 21, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a luncheon from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Reyers North Valley Chapel 2815 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids MI 49505.
