Shirley Mae Clayson

Clayson, Shirley M. Aged 91 of Grand Rapids, formally of Gulf Breeze FL passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 15, 2016 while in the company of family. She was born in Salt Lake Utah in the Spring of 1925 to Henry and Clara Weiss who along with her beloved husband of 54 years Ralph L. precede her in death. Shirley is survived by her four children, Kathy (Larry) Levin, Ralph III (Jean) Clayson, Tom (Karen) Clayson and Tim (Kathy) Clayson as well as 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren She enjoyed all social activities and was an enthusiastic hospital and church volunteer. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 18, 2016 beginning at 10:00 AM at Saint Robert of Newminster Catholic Parish (6477 Ada Dr. SE, Ada, MI 49301). Family will be available to greet friends and family on Saturday at church from 9:00 AM until the time of the funeral service.
