Suzanne Elizabeth Cummings, aged 82 of Grand Rapids, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016. She was preceded in death by her Husband Gerald, son Bob Cummings and her parents. Sue will be lovingly remembered by her children; Carole (Donald) Nugent, Cathy (Michael) Snauko, Chris (Dave) Cross, Gerald (Teresa) Cummings III, Julie (Ed) Kamphuis, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sister Ruth, many nieces, nephews, friends and her dog Pepe. Sue loved wintering in the Florida Keys and lying by the pool under the sun. She enjoyed her casino trips, poker with the girls, bingo, watching the Lions and Tigers, and camping. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, November 7, 2016 at St. Jude Catholic Church (1120 4 mile Rd. Ne) with Rev Patrick Grile C.Ss.R. as celebrant. Visitation will be held from 2-4 PM on Sunday, November 6, 2016 at the Reyers North Valley Chapel and on Monday from 10-11 AM at church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dioceses of Grand Rapids or a charity of your choice.
