Tom is survived by his wife and best friend, Denise; his “Little Man” Charlie his faithful canine; his father Ken; his brother Jeff; his sisters Lisa (Jeff) and Lori; his mother-in-law Pat Baldwin, his brother-in-law Buzz (Jill) Baldwin and his granddaughters Alissa & Madison Diltz as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Aurora “Dora”, his stepson Dan Diltz and father-in-law Bill Baldwin.

After graduating from high school, Tom used his passion for cars to build his own business. He owned and operated ABC Car Company for many years.

When Tom wasn’t working, he was more than likely admiring a beautiful classic car, revving the engine of a hot rod, or having a beer with friends. He was known to all as “Corvette Tommy” due to his love of the classic Chevrolet.

He enjoyed the comradery and countless friends he made at the American Legion. He was outgoing, fun-loving and had a witty sarcastic way about him. Tom will be missed by all who knew him.

Please join his family for Visitation on Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Reyers North Valley Chapel (2815 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan). Funeral Services for Tom will be held on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with an additional Visitation one hour prior to the service.
