
Veronica G. (Fronie) Homrich, aged 93, formerly of Wyoming, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2010 at St. Ann's Home. She was born in Byron Center, MI on August 17, 1917, the daughter of Joseph and Katherine (Wolf) Homrich. She married Edmund Homrich on November 27, 1937. He preceded her in death on September 24, 1983. He son, Melvin Homrich, daughter-in-law, Carmen Homrich, her sisters, Matilda Homrich, Lorena Anderson, and her brother, Frank Wolf also preceded her in death. She was a member of St. John Vianney Church for over 50 years, and served the funeral ministry for many years as well as the Altar Society. Veronica's family was her greatest joy. Surviving are her children, Kenneth and Dianne Homrich, Edward and Mary Ripmaster of Grand Rapids, David and Annette Homrich of Grandville; Grandchildren,Terri and Maris Watson of Grandville, Michael and Sherry Homrich of Grand Rapids, Melissa and Steve Felkey of Hudsonville, Stephen and Christel Homrich of Ada, Adam and Kimberley Ripmaster of Franklin, TN., Cory and Kristy Ripmaster of Nashville, TN. Katelin and Ed Connealy of Chicago, IL. Great grandchildren, Aubrey Watson, Shane, Braeden and Aren Homrich, Brittney, Caden and Cameron Felkey, Brittney Johnson, Chase Collins, Brody Ripmaster and Addison Ripmaster and her sister, Florence Stein of Wabash, IN. Her sisters-in-law, Matilda Satterlee of Wayland, Geraldine Mroz of Wyoming, Loretta Homrich of Maybee, MI. and Clarene Lanting of Grandville, many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Ann's Home for the wonderful care given to Veronica during the time she lived there. Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be offered 11:00 Wednesday in the chapel at St. Ann's Home, 2161 Leonard N.W. with Rev. Thomas McKinney residing. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery, Wyoming. If you would like to pay your respects to Veronica, please visit the Reyers North Valley Chapel from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, and one hour prior to the Mass at St. Ann's Home. A Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Reyers Chapel. For those who wish, memorials may be made to St. Ann's Home.
