Barbara Ann Slover, 74, of Grandview, MO passed away Oct. 13, 2014. Visit. 5-7 pm Wed. Oct. 15 at McGilley & George Funeral Home 12913 Grandview Rd in Grandview. Graveside service 11:00 am Thur. Oct. 16 in Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville, MO. Contributions suggested to the First Baptist Church in Raymore. Barbara was born July 23, 1940 in Kansas City, MO to Howard and Maxine Martin. She was raised in Delphi, IN and moved to Kansas City in 1953. Barbara worked for Torotel MFG in Grandview, and was a Hair Dresser/Beautician. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Raymore and it's Bell and Voice Choir. Barbara was a homemaker and liked to crochet and bowl. She was secretary of her bowling league at Capital Bowl. Preceded in death by her parents, brother, Billie Rehwinkel and sisters, Frances Myers and Patty Harbolt and 4 step sisters. Survived by husband, Bob of 58 years; son, Jeffrey and Jo Slover, Lee's Summit, MO; daughter, Lorie and Ken Kristof, Houston TX; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
