This was over 25 years ago.
Mike, Me and an old friend who passed away from cancer. 
We were all good friends.
I really miss my friend. He was like my brother. 

There are so many memories through the 20 plus years.  
When he said turn bourse turn.  I said what way do you want him to turn?  He doesn’t know how to read your mind.  The rains tell him what way to turn.

I had the privilege as a young man, of living next door to Mike in North Kansas City. He had a hard life by all standards, but he was a 
 jovial person.  He had a genuine heart. Owing to this, I saw in the early 1990s an opportunity for him to convert to Catholicism. It was in this conversion, that he found his home. The same family of Faith came forward at the end of this valley of tears, to have him buried in the dignity of a Catholic.  I thank God for being instrumental in helping him prepare to stand in judgment before the throne of Mercy.  
Eternal rest grant unto him Oh Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. 
There will be songs of praise to you in Zion and prayers in Jerusalem. Oh hear my prayers. 
All flesh returns to you.

Gagh and bloodwine for you, my friend,
Haggis, abd boar roasting on the spit,
Pizza, Cheetos, and Mountain Dew aplenty.
A heroes' feast at the end of a long, hard journey,
All for you, my friend,
You deserve it.

Don't wait up for us, Mikey.
We will join you anon.
