
She was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Welton; sisters, Marge Newman and Fanny Boelma; and parents, Herman and Gertrude DeWitt.
Aledia a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, who loved life, will be lovingly remembered by her children, Craig Susan Welton, Steve Welton, David Marilyn Welton, Francine Mike Eves, Kevin Welton, Rick Fe Welton; grandchildren, Todd Welton, Gene Welton, Amanda Randy Stickney, Joseph Eves, and Catie Soto; great grandchildren, Ashlee, Tristin, Mia, Braden, and Reagan; brother Jake DeWitt; sister Dorothy Smith; and is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Cook Memorial Chapel 4235 Prairie St. SW - east building with pastor Bart Brauer of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church officiating.
The family will meet with relatives and friends on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville west building and also in the east building one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in Grandville Cemetery.
