She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wagner; and grandson, Jason Wagner. She is survived by her children Douglas Wagner, Michael (Kathy) Wagner, Kevin (Sue) Wagner, Lori (Tom) Haynes; grandchildren Shawna, Dennis, Kelli, Tyler; three great-grandchildren; siblings Earl (Alice) McAlary and Larry (Sandy) McAlary; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Barbara was a member of Newhall Reformed Church, and her faith was an enormous part of her life. She enjoyed camping, watching sports, reading books, and socializing with friends.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at Winchester Cemetery, 1440 76th Street SW Byron Center, MI 49315, with visitation from 10:00-10:45 a.m. prior to service.
In honor of Barbara, flowers may be sent to Cook in Byron Center or in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Humane Society of Kent County.
