Chris was a proud Teamster and worked at Spartan Nash for nearly 30 years. He was known as a hard worker and enjoyed the company of his co-workers. Chris was an avid University of Michigan football fan and loved attending Detroit Tiger games with his brother every summer. He enjoyed playing golf and tennis and relaxing in his pool. He loved attending music concerts and plays, and passed his love of the theatre on to his son. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. He was a very generous man and was always willing to lend a hand.
Cremation has taken place. Per his request, there will be no service. If you wish to make a donation in his name, Meals on Wheels or Mel Trotter Ministries are suggested. The family welcomes memories and messages in their guest book online at www.cookcaresgrandville.com.
