David worked for 27 years at Steelcase and retired as a Quality Control Inspector. His true passion, other than his family and his country, was working on cars. He spent many evenings in his garage rebuilding wrecked cars or rebuilding older cars. He completed a ground-up restoration of a 1972 Cutlass that was his pride and joy. He spent many Saturday mornings at Weller Auto Parts picking up parts or searching for his next project. When he wasn’t wrenching on cars, he enjoyed watching Nascar and IRL racing on Sunday afternoons.
