Dear Pat and family:
 Our sympathies to you in the unexpected loss of Dale! 
 The last time I saw Dale was about a year ago at the Rainbow Restaurant in Hudsonville where several old High School buddies had breakfast together. We were school mates from Kindergarten to graduation from High School. 
 I have often talked about Dale's comment on a High School Reunion questionnaire where he described his past 40 years as "content". 
 I never stopped admiring him for that. One word described a wonderful person with wonderful principles. 
 We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Pat but I still have to fight to not call you Mrs. Cnossen. :-
 Our family's hearts go out to you and your family. It is always harder for those left behind, then it is for those who are blessed with waiting for us in Heaven. It was good getting to see you again, even though not for this very sad, unexpected occasion.
 The service was lovely, and the church people were so very nice and helpful.

Mrs. Cnossen and family, I was very saddened when my mom Carol Vaughan told me of Mr. Cnossens death. He was a huge influence in my health care career. He always had a smile for me and a kind word to say. He trusted my work even before I did. He gave me assignments that others never would have. I appreciated all of his efforts. Dear Pat & Family: On behalf of the Cnossen Family Foundation, we extend our sincere condolences in the death of Dale. Although I only knew Dale for a short time through the activities of the Cnossen Family USA Reunion of last year, Dale exhibited a strong Faith and a keen sense of Humor -- hallmarks of a true Cnossen. May you take comfort knowing that Dale is at home with his Lord. So we weep not for Dale. But know also that our prayers and thoughts are with you, as wife and family, during this time of difficulty and adjustment. May His Grace be sufficient for you.
