Dale was born May 29, 1944 in Holland, MI to Jake and Albertha Siebelink. He lived a life of joy, compassion, and love: love for his work, his friends, his family, and especially his wife and his Lord.
Dale was a master craftsman and builder with a passion for making the world more functional and beautiful one project at a time. Throughout his lifetime, he blessed countless customers, friends, and family members with his skills and artistry.
As much as he loved his work, his greatest joy came from his family. He worked on the houses of all of his children, leaving a legacy of quality and work ethic. Dale cherished family vacations with his adult children, traveling with them everywhere from the Caribbean to Gatlinburg. Dale always loved time with his special friends from their golf league and Paradise Bay where he developed an uncanny skill in bocce ball.
Dale married the love of his life August 7, 1964. He and Kay spent almost 62 years building a life, raising a family, and enjoying adventures together.
In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Nederhood; five brothers Howard and his wife, Donna, Les, Ken, Roger, and Jack Siebelink; and sisters-in-law Marilyn Siebelink and Roberta Yerrick.
He is survived by his wife, Kay; children Michelle and Michael O’Dowd, Lisa and Robert Pohl, and Michael and Kimberly Siebelink; grandchildren Ryan and Ashley O’Dowd, Shelby and Ben Cavender, Nick O’Dowd, Kayla and Lance Champaco, Alex Pohl, Katie Pohl, John and Alexis Siebelink, Drew and Katelynn Siebelink, and Cy and Brooke Siebelink; brothers Larry Siebelink, and Bob and Tracey Siebelink; brothers- and sisters-in-law Don Nederhood, Elsie Siebelink, Darlene Siebelink, Annette Siebelink, Karen Siebelink, Wanda Siebelink, Don Yerrick, Fred and Kathy Yerrick, Lou Evans, Scott and Kay Yerrick, and Mark and Ann Yerrick; 13 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and countless special friends. He loved and cherished them all.
