Darwin Frederick Eikelberg

EIKELBERG - Darwin F. Eikelberg, age 80 of Hudsonville, passed away March 26, 2001 and began his new life. Mr. Eikelberg was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters and one brother. Darwin is survived by his wife of 54 years Jeanette; children, Karen Robert Kol, Richard Barbara Eikelberg, Janice James Burton, Kevin Eikelberg, Holly Brian Prangley; six grandsons; five granddaughters; also surviving are one sister-in-law Evelyn Richard Zietse; two nephews, Darle Nancy Vanderwall, James Denise Duke and one niece Darla Jim Thompson. The funeral service will be held Wednesday evening at 5 p.m. from the Cook Memorial Chapel east building 4235 Prairie St SW in Grandville, with Pastor Richard Taylor of Wyoming Park Bible Fellowship officiating. Interment Grandville Cemetery. The family will meet with relatives and friends Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home west building, and two hours prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan or Visiting Nurse Hospice.
