
His son Larry and his brother Doug preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Clara; his daughter, Jackie Scott Inman of Bettendorf, IA; his son Rick Candee Williamson of Wyoming, MI, and daughter-in-law, Lynn Williamson of Hudsonville. David has eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren; two brothers, Don Josette Williamson of Grand Rapids and Jack Williamson of Newaygo; sister-in-law, Sharon Lara of Grandville and brother-in-law, Bert Barbara Fleming of Jenison. A special thank you to Kim, Colleen, Diane and the many nurses of Hospice of Michigan for their loving care and support.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 31, at the Grand Rapids First Assembly of God Church, Light House, with Pastor Paul Irwin officiating.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home west building 4235 Prairie St. SW in Grandville.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
