

He will be lovingly missed by his wife of 27 years, Patricia Duimstra; three children Paul and June (Duimstra) Reinhart, Sean and Kim (Duimstra) Smart, Ray and Maggie Duimstra; seven stepchildren Gary and Holly Ratski, Kirk and Sherri Mulder, Tom and Janet Lesher, Joe and Cathay Podvin, Mark and Chris Selley, Bob and Karen Boluyt, Jim and Melissa Bolt; 22 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Ken and Kathy Duimstra; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Don was a Korean War veteran, where he proudly served in the US Army. He was also owner/operator of Great Lakes Mobile Catering and Welcome Woods Campground for 30 years. He volunteered for many years at Camp AO-WA-KIYA, and was a passionate member of Georgetown Bible Church congregation for many years as well. Don was a born salesman and a real people person who touched many lives over the years.
Services will be held Friday, July 3, 2020 at Georgetown Bible Church, Jenison, MI, starting at 2pm. In honor of Don and in lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions either be made to the Jason Kinzler Family First Foundation (https://www.kinzlerfoundation.org/donate/), or Georgetown Bible Church (https://www.georgetownbiblechurch.com/).
The services will be streamed live on the Georgetown Bible Church website at https://www.georgetownbiblechurch.com/don.
