Eugene Jack Briggs

BRIGGS - Eugene Jack Briggs, age 82, of Jenison (formerly of Grand Rapids), went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, December 20, 2010. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jean (Kellogg) Briggs. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Dorothy (Lindsey) Briggs; his children, Linda (James) Baki, Monica (Robert) Williams, Jack (Lisa) Briggs, Jamie (Karen) Briggs, and Kristy (Stanley) Jaskiewicz; Dorothy's children, Patricia (Jim) VanKoevering, Robin (Michael) Hedberg, Darlene (Moncel) Moralez, Mary Smalley, and William Stevens; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends.

The funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday at the Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie SW, (East Building) with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. The family will meet with relatives and friends on Thursday one hour prior to the service at the Cook Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Sunset Association - Home Care Services.
