Eugene D. Hamilton

HAMILTON - Eugene “Gene” Hamilton, aged 77, of Grandville, went to be with his Lord, Monday, July 10, 2006. Gene worked for five years at Kelvinator and 21 years for General Motors. He was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Tripp and his brother, Harvey. Surviving is his wife of 56 years, Loraine Victory; his children, Cindy and Larry Wentzloff of NV, Tim and Brenda Hamilton of West Olive; his grandchildren, Michael fiancAC. Davina Levi Wentzloff, Jennifer Mike Smith, Christopher Wentzloff and Thomas Hamilton; six great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Allen Victory; sister-in-law, Shirley Ken Schippers; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Cook Memorial Chapel with Rev. Christopher Wolf officiating. Interment Grandville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice or Grandville First Reformed Church. Visitation 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Grandville Chapel of Cook Funeral Home 4235 Prairie - West Building.
