Fred L. Howard

Mr. Frederick "Fred" L. Howard, age 82, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Friday, June 5, 2015. Fred was born April 29, 1933 in Wyoming, MI to Leo and Alice (Priest) Howard. He was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Lyle Christine (Youmans) Howard.

He will be deeply missed by his wife of 58 years, Lila Howard; children, Fred B. Howard, Karen (Don) Spoelhof, Paul Howard, Connie Howard, Susan Howard, and Sharon (Jim) Thiel; grandchildren, Ansley (Tyler) Grant, Amber (Coltan) Smith, Eric Howard, Kristin Spoelhof; sister and brother, Doris (Glendon) Swanson, and Ronald (Marian) Howard; sister-in-law, Charlene Rittenhouse.

Relatives and friends may meet Fred's family Sunday from 2-5 PM at the Cook Funeral Home, 2067 84th St., Byron Center. Memorial services will be held 1 PM, Monday at Byron Center Bible Church, 8855 Byron Center Ave., Byron Center. Private Interment will be at Winchester Cemetery.
