Gerlof Vander Veen

VANDER VEEN - Gerlof Vander Veen, age 59, of Wyoming. Our Lord and God, in His wisdom, delivered Gerlof from his difficult earthly life, to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ. He was preceded in death by his father, Itse Vander Veen, his mother, Johanna Janssen Vander Veen, and his sister, Ida Vander Veen. Surviving are his sister, Dena Bob Brunsting of Lansing, MI; his brothers, John Jan Vander Veen of Grandville, Ralph Cindy Vander Veen of Hudsonville, and Randy Marilyn Vander Veen of Grandville; and 14 nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the Cook Memorial Chapel East Building with Professor Ronald Cammenga officiating. Interment will be at Winchester Cemetery.

The family will meet with relatives and friends on Wednesday from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, 4235 Prairie St SW West Building.
