Helen Ann Dean

DEAN (TWEEDY) Helen Ann Dean, age 82, went to be with her Lord, Saturday, June 28, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Helen Tweedy, her husband, Jack Dean and her sister, Bertie Jean Sharp.

Helen will be lovingly remembered by her children, Kathleen Ann (Phil) Munoa of Holland, Jack (Deborah) Dean Jr. of Harbor Springs, Daniel (Kathy) Dean of St. Pete, MN, Robert (Judy) Dean of Grandville; her grandchildren, Phillip (Kacie) Munoa, Anna (Craig Salveta) Munoa, Elle (Nate Woudstra) Munoa, Marleah Dean (James) Kruzel, Andrew Dean, Harrison Dean, Cooper Dean, Briana Dean, Brooke Dean, Emma Dean, Joe Dean; her great grandchildren, Banyan and Aviana Elle Munoa; her sister-in-law, Marilyn (Bob) Caraway and Lois (Fred) Vinton.

Helen was a longtime member of Frontline Bible Church (formerly Berean Bible Church). Her husband, Jack, served as a pastor and also as the president of Grace Bible College. She supported him in the unique roll of a "pastor's wife" and all the untold work that goes along with it. Helen volunteered assisting elderly people with meals and friendship through various organizations. She was an artist working mainly in oils and watercolor. Helen loved to travel, especially Europe with her husband, hiking in Colorado or Disney with her grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, July 2, at Cook Memorial Chapel (east building), with visitation prior to the service beginning at 12 PM. Interment will be at Georgetown Cemetery.
