She will be lovingly missed by her children Linda (Charles) Porter, Terry McGregor, Randy (Sandy) McGregor; five grandchildren Nicholas (Lea) Porter, Melodie (Russ) Davis, Rebekah Porter, Courtney (Evan) Schut, Blake (Kendall) McGregor; five great-grandchildren Mikayla Davis, Russell Davis, Faith Davis, Kierstyn Schut, Luka Schut; siblings John “David” (Marianne) Sommer, Ron (Ruth) Sommer, Rachel Garver.

Helen loved to read and passed on her love of reading to her kids and grandkids. She was the church librarian. Helen and Jack enjoyed traveling.

Visitation with Helen’s family and friends will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Cook Funeral Home (West building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville. Funeral services for Helen will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2022, with visitation an hour prior to service, at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville.
