Irene Dorothy Webber

WEBBER - Irene Dorothy Webber, aged 82 of Byron Center, went to be with her Lord Monday, July 19, 1999. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur G. Webber and brother Harold Schumaker. She is survived by her daughters, Helen Dick Finkbeiner of Grand Rapids, Patricia Robert VanderMeer of Kentwood, Sandra Larry Garber Webber of Byron Center; son Arthur Judy Webber of Dorr; sisters, Esther Boerman of Dorr, Edna Raymond Hilaski of Dorr, Ehtel Lilton Wycoff of Dorr; brother Clarence LaVern Schumaker of Byron Center; brothers-in-law, Bob Bernice Weber, Eldon Weber; sisters-in-law, Lucille Thomasma, Juanita Weber, Arlene Roy Duncan, Louise George Pullan, LaDoris Weber; nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren. She was the owner of New Salem Grocery Store for many years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Visitation Catholic Church, 2459 146th Ave. with Fr. Richard Altine and Fr. Gary Pamment as celebrants. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. with a Rosary at 8 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home - Byron Center, 2067 84th St. SW. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation or the charity of one's choice.
