I knew Jim from work and frequently saw him at school events in Byron Center. He was an exceptionally kind and honest man and a perfect example of a gentleman. He always had an inspiring word and demonstrated a spirit of service to whomever crossed his path. I will never forget him taking the time to share his expertise so that I became better at my job. Throughout he remained patient. Everywhere he went he was very, very well respected. He was also a good listener. He will be missed.

Jim will be missed! We really enjoyed working with him during his State Farm life and talking about his Tenn. trips. Our sympathy goes out to his family.

Jim was a gracious man and so easy to talk to. We have enjoyed working with him when owned the alignment shop then later when he worked at State Farm. We have missed him greatly since he retired.

Please know that Jim touched many lifes. He always had a smile on his face and it was genuine. I had the privilege of working with him on occasion at State Farm and I enjoyed visiting with him when I did. Please remember that you now have a guardian angel watching over each of you until you meet again. With deepest sympathy and heartfelt regards my thoughts are with you during this sorrowful time.
