He was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi Olson. James is survived by his son, Ted Iciek, grandchildren, Lindsey (Nate) Veldt and Bradley Iciek; great grandchildren, Addison, Reagan and Hudson Veldt; his sister Marjorie Host and several nieces, nephews and friends.
James retired from McInerney Spring and Wire after 35 years of service. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed football especially his Packers, GVSU Lakers and Grandville Bulldogs.
In accordance to the wishes of James, no formal services will be conducted.
