He was born in Grand Rapids, MI July 10, 1985 the son of Don and Mary (Duncan) Smith.
He was an avid frisbee golf player, and everyone he knew enjoyed his mischievous humor. He was very proud of his son Devon and he spent as much time as he could with him.
He is survived by his parents, Don (Carolyn Horn) Smith; Mary (Rob Klekotka) Smith; his beloved son Devon Smith; his brother Joe (Nikki) Smith and many loved aunts, uncles and cousins who will miss him dearly.
A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Hager Park Reformed Church 2635 Bauer Rd., Jenison, MI.
