Jason Thomas Crisman

Jason was a best friend and husband to Jessica Crisman, father to Caleb, Lucas, Mabel, and Joshua, a son to Tom Midgi Crisman and Holly Gordon Van Vuren, a brother to Dave Shannon Crisman, and Kimberly Eric Gambucci, son in law to Jim Carla Bossenbroek and Tammy Cook, brother in law to Zeke Dora, Zach Christy, Elijah Kate, Hannah, Chloe, Chelsea, Greta, Emma, and Moses Bossenbroek, and Karen Manoj Mulki grandson to Dave and Barbara Barnes, Leonard and Sarella Bossenbroek, and Alfred and Dolly Snoeyink, uncle to several nieces and nephews, and an inspiration to many.

Jason lived a full life for his 33 years. He was a graduate of Caledonia High school where he received the honor of athlete of the year in 1995. He then went on to graduate from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Exercise Science. He owned his own fitness club, was a tennis pro and worked at the YMCA as a personal trainer. He loved his family dearly and was the epitome of a great husband and father. He will be greatly missed, however we rejoice in the knowledge that he is no longer suffering but instead free from the bondages of cancer.

The funeral will be held at the Lily Pad in Byron Center, Michigan at 2:00 pm on Aug 28, 2010. The life celebration will follow immediately at Mars Hill Bible Church in Grandville, Michigan from 4-7:30. We would be honored to see everyone there. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Jason Crisman Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
