He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Barbara L.; his aunt Beatrice Tony Di Maio and their children Phyllis, Stephen and Janet; uncle Roger Barbara Provost and their children Pam and Patricia John Meister; cousins, Merrill Connie Provost, Lanny Berrianne Provost, Gay Moore, Jim Shirley Provost, Claudine George Badiac, Richard Yates and Jamie Jan Yates; his in-laws; nephew Jonathan Tammy Newland and son Connor; niece Kimberly Richard Greene; cousins, Linda Ken Dresel and daughter Tamara; Emily Michael Mongoven and children Drew, Sarah and Katherine, David Judy Snyder and children Mark and Sue; and some very special friends.

A Memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Saturday at Woodhaven Reformed Church, 3959 68th St., with their Pastor Brad Langstraat officiating.

The family will receive relatives and friends 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Woodhaven Reformed Church.
